HEALTH SCOOTER STORE WARRANTY POLICY

This Limited Warranty applies solely to products acquired from Health Scooter Store. By making a purchase, you acknowledge reading and comprehending this warranty policy and accept responsibility for maintaining the electric scooter.

Health Scooter Store reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice to existing customers.

WARRANTY DURATION:

  • All new Health Scooter Store scooters: 1 year limited warranty.
  • All Certified Open Box/Demo Units: 6 months (180 days) limited warranty.

Extended Warranty Option: All scooters offer the choice to purchase a 1, 2, or 3-year extended warranty with accident protection.

WARRANTY SERVICE:

Health Scooter Store will service, ship replacement parts, or replace the scooter, as deemed practical by the Customer Care Team. Costs, including parts, shipping, and repairs, are covered in the first 30 days from the purchase date.

After 30 Days: Shipping costs transfer to the customer. Health Scooter Store may provide tutorials for repairs.

EXTENDED WARRANTY:

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY:

Customers must perform routine maintenance. Neglect or improper maintenance may void the warranty.

NON-TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY:

Warranties are non-transferable after the initial sale date.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Shipping-related damage is covered under warranty. Report within 3 days, and reach out to us at: https://healthscooterstore.com/pages/contact-us.

Retain Original Packaging: Do not discard your original box and packaging.

COVERED PARTS UNDER FULL LIMITED WARRANTY:

  • Speed Controls
  • Throttle
  • Motors
  • Batteries
  • Suspension

Restrictions: One warranty claim per part during the warranty period.

PARTS/REPAIRS NOT COVERED FOR FULL WARRANTY PERIOD:

  • Covered for the first 6 months: Voltmeter, Charger, Display
  • Covered for the first 30 days: Consumables, Bolts, Nuts, Screws, Fasteners, Regular Wear and Tear

*Exceptions: Stripped or damaged bolts are not covered.

VOIDING WARRANTY:

Warranty may be voided by:

  • Aftermarket parts
  • Collision, fire, accidents
  • Negligence, environmental conditions
  • Exceeding temperature limits
  • Immersion in liquid
  • Altering electronic systems
  • Improper battery maintenance
  • Commercial use

STARTING A WARRANTY CLAIM:

CLAIM LIMITS:

  • 5 or more replacements within a warranty period may void claims.
  • No warranty claim on the same part twice.

OUTSIDE WARRANTY ASSISTANCE:

The customer absorbs costs for non-warranty-related issues outside the warranty period.

As a courtesy, all out of warranty customers receive a 25% discount on motor, speed control, or battery purchases.
